Will I still look like me?
Yes. Pozelle works on the light, the colors and the look of the camera. Your features, your pose and your outfit are not changed. You can check it with the before / after slider.
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days to try it. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the weekly subscription starts automatically. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings.
What happens to my photos?
They belong to you. To create the image, your photo is sent securely to our processing service, and your history stays on your phone. You can delete everything from the app. Details in our privacy policy.
What happens to my daily creations?
They renew every 24 hours, starting from the time of your subscription. Unused creations don’t carry over. Packs bought separately stay available.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, which also handles refunds. You can submit a request on Apple’s support page. For any other question, write to us at support@pozelle.com.
What is the minimum age?
Pozelle is not intended for children: 13 or older in the United States, 16 or older in the European Union and the United Kingdom, or older depending on the law in your country. Never share a photo of someone without their consent.
